DanielleONeill.com is operated by Danielle O’Neill Media, LLC (our small business in New York, NY). Our online store, danielleoneill.com/store, is hosted on WooCommerce. WooCommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. The printing, shipping, and handling of our products is fulfilled by Printful.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t arrive in the allotted time frame, first check your shipping confirmation and check you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address. However, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, do get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and that we cannot offer refunds. Each reproduction, meaning each print and product, is custom-printed for every customer after the order is received. For this reason we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. Please review the sizing chart on each of the clothing product pages, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will see what we can do if the product has not yet left the warehouse.
However, if your product arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your name, address, order number, a picture of the damaged product, and any other information you believe would be helpful. In this special case, we would contact Printful to help you receive a newly-printed replacement for no extra charge.
Printful states the following in regard to their returns policy:
“The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +1 (818) 351-7181. Call us during 9 AM – 5 PM PST, or leave a voicemail.”
