If you leave our website or are redirected to any third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Store Policy. For example, if you click the link in the footer of our page that leads you to our other store, which is hosted on Redbubble.com, you are governed by their Privacy Policy and must comply with their User Agreement. Redbubble prints our designs onto various individual products and handles shipping directly to you. You must contact them if you purchase a product through them and need assistance with your order. We take no responsibility for orders placed through Redbubble, though we do recommend and keep good faith in their services.

DanielleONeill.com is operated by Danielle O’Neill Media, LLC (our small business in New York, NY). Our online store, danielleoneill.com/store, is hosted on WooCommerce. WooCommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. The printing, shipping, and handling of our products is fulfilled by a third-party company.

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times (these are ESTIMATES and can take longer due to a number of different factors):

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Returns Policy:

Please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and that we cannot offer refunds. Each reproduction, meaning each print and product, is custom-printed for every customer after the order is received.

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at [email protected] as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will see what we can do if the product has not yet left the warehouse.

However, if your product arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your name, address, order number, a picture of the damaged product, and any other information you believe would be helpful. In this special case, we would contact our printing company to help you receive a newly-printed replacement for no extra charge.
